A really delicious meal cooked to perfection. A simple cheeseburger but really juicy and full of flavour. The restaurant decor is out of this world with a wild west street (barber shop, general store and hotel) and the stables where we were seated. We literally ate alongside a life size horse named Rab! A really cracking experience. I was driving so stuck to soft drinks, but all the favourites are available. The staff are so friendly and we were really well looked after from being greeted at the door, to Aidan who checked with us regularly and was a great server. Can't wait to dine in the M&D's Monterey Jack's again soon!Parking: Hundreds of spaces available in the rear car park

My first time in a Monterey jacks. I absolutely loved it. We were served by a gentleman called John Jarvis, he was so helpful attentive and Very very helpful. John is a credit to Ur staff team. We were out with people we support, so we have a tiny budget so we ordered the loaded chips for lunch. The portion size was amazing so much to eat, it was absolutely delicious ??. Please please can u put one of these in the Glasgow town center. My husband and I like to go out in Glasgow for a night and always loved tgi Fridays and had bn going there for 16 yrs. The food portions now r tiny the service was terrible and it's was over priced as well. I really think a Monterey jack wud do well in the center as it's reasonable prices excellent food and reasonable prices for cocktails as well another thing we really enjoy when we are out in GlasgowWheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair accessibility as it was wheelchair's we came in with the people we support

Went with my friend and her 9 month year old. We both had burgers which were cooked to perfection. The staff were amazing and lovely. It was midweek so it wasnt overly busy when we went which I think made it even more enjoyable. The lovely Liz even held and entertained the little one who was upset at the time as she was in her buggy, so we could both eat our food while it was hot. Not part of her job role or expected but going above and beyond to make our meal more enjoyable.Would definitely recommend and will be back to try out more of the lovely menu.

What can I say…amazing restaurant. The decor is out of this world, nothing even compares anywhere around this area…and the food was fantastic. We all had different dishes, and all loved what we ordered. I had the chicken with honey glaze and sweet potato fries…let’s say I was not disappointed. The desserts were amazing too, the presentation was perfect. The staff were all so attentive, they couldn’t do enough to help and were so friendly. I was amazed at how well they knew their menu considering only being open less than a week. We will definitely be returning soon.

Can’t fault the staff. Really nice and attentive. Oh! But the food. Absolutely not worth the money. Chicken burger was deep fried in breadcrumbs and was burnt to a cinder. How easy is it to breadcrumb a bit of chicken and fry it off to keep it fresh and succulent on the inside. Not as easy as I thought as it was dry as an old stick on the inside. Skinny chips cold when delivered to the table. I also got a pint glass of onion rings which was again deep fried to a cinder. I’m not sure how the previous post gave the food 5 stars. They must be easily pleased. All the same above goes for my wife’s beef rodeo burger. That was dry as an old stick too. Her skinny chips were cold as well. Never in a million years would I go back to eat here. £45 for 2 burgers and 2 cokes. You decide.

Service was a little slow ,but we weren't in a rush.Food was lovely when it arrived.I had ordered a few sides instead of a set meal loaded fries ,macaroni and the onion rings ,good portions I managed about half of each .company had burger and chips, (cant remember which kind ) and they said it was lovely , I had 2 sugar t*ts slush cocktails it worked out 30 quid a head with no dessert ,2 drinks each cocktails are 6.99 each can't knock it especially the prices anywhere else , as I said we seemed to be forgotten about after order was placed , could have been an issue we weren't in a rush and where happy to wait , although hangry was definitely on the horizon ? watching people's reactions ( company is rather Conservative) as you order things like big bobs red ? as loudly and proudly as you can was good fun ? we wandered back in for another couple of cocktails ? after a walk about m and ds
Awful experience here on Sunday. The place was very busy as expected with the firework display. You would have thought they would have had enough staff on to deal with the increased trade. Long wait for drinks, long wait for food, staff attitude was poor and food was absolutely disgusting.

Worst Nachos ever £13 for a plate of melted cheese and dry Nachos. My daughter couldn't eat her macaroni it was a lump of congealed cheese with no sauce .

Don't go anywhere near here. Myself and my husband were here on Saturday 28th of October and my husband has been unwell after eating the lamb burger. As it is all he ate on the day and since ( 4 day's later) it clearly is down to this

Waited ages on drinks starter came out before the drinks then waited over an hour on main spicy chips were a absolute joke cold reheated shrivelled up with chips jalapeños on top chicken burger was awful soggy loaded with sauce . Won’t be back unfortunately.
