My "go to" for a quick bite to eat. Always consistently good. I've never had a bad meal. Staff are always pleasant and helpful plus it's an open kitchen and you can see everything that's going on with how your food is being prepared. Recently completed my loyalty card to get the full chicken. Don't let that put you off, it's not actually a whole chicken. It's essentially the pieces of chicken, legs and breast that would make up for being a whole chicken. It was all cooked to perfection. Great flavour through the chicken and crispy skin!! My 3 children much prefer eating here than KFC or McDonalds. The food is always cooked well, tastes good, is healthier, not greasy and oily and the chips are always hot, crispy and never floppy

Visited recently within my pal as he said it was delicious the shops small and smells good when walking in. The food prep all from fresh. Only issue is the building is always cold or was when we went in. But food was good

I’m a regular customer and all I can say is that the food and especially the customer service is 10\10. The food is up to standard, the portions are large and the customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend eating at Pepe’s even if it’s fine in or take out the service is always good.
Quality seems to have improved since previous visits with nothing missing from the order and food tasting fresh. The staff have always been great however and customer focus is always 100%.If the rice and chicken continues to always be served fresh and hot I will continue giving 5 stars.

Complete shambles, they cannot handle the orders. Need more staff I'm not sure if they even have a Manager.I can't believe how bad this pepes is, ordered twice and both times they have got my order wrong, cold or dry and hard.Health and safety inspector needs to pay this place a visit ASAP.

Place is so disorganised. Waited 20 minutes for nachos and after asking how long it will be as there was still no sign of it was told by 1 the grill switched off but they would make it and another that it broke. Asked just to get my money back as had a train to get and could hear them all moaning about it at the grills. Won't be back.
