Ordered margarita pizza and sides and was sent a charred cold burnt pizza which was only made worse by the shocking customer service from this franchise of Pizza Hut as they refused to refund the cost of the meal. Please go to Domino’s in Motherwell instead.

I appreciate the bad weather but absolutely disgusting.

Awful service. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering as its clear I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Manager is one cheeky cheeky man. If you want good service and decent delivery time go to dominoes. Shocking!!!!!

We ordered pizza online at 1955hrs, and paid @ £20 online. We requested delivery to the Holiday Inn Express at Strathclyde Park. At 2040hrs we phoned the store to be assured that our pizza was out for delivery. At 2110hrs we called, having still not received our order, to be told that ‘the barriers were shut’ and they could not deliver. There was another route but ‘only the Hamilton store could use this’. Hayden, the manager, advised us that she had no way of letting us know this any sooner, despite having my mobile number. Feeling thoroughly p****ed off, I asked for a refund. I was advised that ‘as we are a franchise we cannot give a refund. You have to call customer services!’ WAIT... WHAT!!! You took my money, didn’t deliver the goods and now I have to chase a refund!!?!?! NOT OK! I have called Customer Services, on the number provided by Hayden, only to be met with an electronic voice message telling me that I have to message online! Furious does not begin to describe how I feel!! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! As I type this the manager of The Holiday Inn Express has, having turned the ovens back on, gone to make us pizza. Customer service above and beyond from the Holiday In that puts Pizza Hit Motherwell to shame!!

Ordered and paid for pizza’s a few times and again this evening and was not disappointed. Easy to use app for ordering and payment then time given for collection. Always good deals available, staff can advise if you wish to go in and check. Staff helpful and pleasant, never been too busy to wait if you prefer. Only recommendation I would share is, Check if pizza has garlic salt on it or not when ordering, as this is gritty and does not compliment the soft dough of your pizza for me.

1st time i ordered from here i got a call to say the couldn’t deliver for 2 hours and if i wanted a refund i had to call their head office, i had to go and collect it instead. The second time they managed to deliver it but the order was wrong and cold. Wont be using them again.
