Went in today at lunchtime and was told by two members of staff that these vouchers cannot be used in this branch. When we asked why we were told that the franchise owner had chosen not to participate.
We were also told by one member of staff that none of the stores in this local area were accepting the vouchers and that she had checked online.
However when I got home and checked the Subway website online it shows that Shields Road Subway are on the list of participating stores.
Based on this I’m unsure why I couldn’t use the voucher!? ?♀️

if i could give this a minus scoring i would.....never ever eat here again ...poor quality sub standard food n cheeky as fk staff .....this is the 3rd n defo last time we will go here ..should have stayed away after the first time but im like surely things will be better ....NO....should really loose the subway franchise as they are giving subway food a bad name.....as u can prob see im a tad raging as im starving and now have to go elsewhere for something to eat...... hahaha just read the part the owner put up ....think ur on yer own planet son .....
