Got pizza for my dinner as a treat for my birthday but we usually get pizza or kebab all the time.. completely shocked at the state the pizza came cold and burned. I called the store got the manager he was the one who cooked it he said and cause it was stuffed crust it’s meant to be burned ?? Never heard of it and never had a burned pizza from them ever! I wasn’t asking for a free pizza or anything just wanted what I asked for but got no customer service and I told the manager that will be the last time we order from them again !

Everytime I have placed an order its like the Pakara, chips have been reheated and left sitting for ages as always Solid , also everything is aways mega spicy even korma sauce, what ever happened to catering for everyone ,really need a shakeup as this place used to be amazing but the quality is very poor now ,

Used this takeaway for years, but today's meal was inedible, the chips were cold and rubbery couldn't eat them , as we had mixed them in to our meal before trying them, the whole meal went in the bin.Won't be using them again, deleted the app

Ordered cheese and donor kebab with bbq sauce. What I got what a donor kebab with salad I didn’t ask for and no bbq and no cheese

Visited tonight. Received complete discriminatory behaviour which was filmed. If I had said same comment I would have been arrested. This is not all right, this is not acceptable as a white person in Motherwell receiving discriminatory behaviour from the owner of a kebab shop. He offered me 2 sauces as an apology! Is this a acceptable? I think not and I will be taking the matter further!!!
Absolutely discusted with this takeaway, I received my order with a little something extra!!!!! A LITHIUM BATTERY yes that's right a BATTERY. Wondered why my meal tasted weird!. Called up to complain and got nothing but cheek and abuse. AVOID at all costs, I've had to attend hospital for battery poisoning. Will be taking this up with food standards and the local papers

Won't be back after going every week for many years. Full order was not sent after an hour of waiting then made us wait an additional hour for the missing items whilst refusing to replace the full meal. "We're busy" isn't an excuse, you shouldn't be running a business if you cannot handle busy periods.

Sorry to say this but beware of this crowd ,poor quality food ,staff very rude nice enough when taking your money but very aggressive when you have a complaint ,I will make it my mission to let everyone know how poor this so called takeaway is
