I've ate allot of Chinese foods but this place is most probably the best.The staff are friendly and the service is second to none.Even when they made a mistake with my order they had a driver bring me the right order free of charge and look at the size of it!They were so quick my other family members were still eating their food when they delivered for the second time. You gunna spend your money on a good Chinese in Scotland spend it here ??????????????

Spare Ribs made us ill. Asked for money money at the door after already paying. Threatening to take order back after this. Shocking customer service Inedible food Avoid
got the sweet n sour chicken with fried rice which was delicious. The batter was light and crispy very yummy.

I used tae love this shop, but over the past few years it has gone through a few new management changes, and it seems everytime the quality of food has gone down hill with every new owner/manager.. For years I used Just Eat while ordering food because I could pay by card and tip the driver when he dropped off my food.... Now the price of the food on Just Eat is on average £0.60 more per item than buying in the shop. So tonight I went in and I got a Thai chicken with fried rice, price is ok £7.80 in shop, £8.50 just eat... For the first time ever in my life I could only eat about half my meal and that's only because I forced it down my throught,, even adding Frank's Hot Sauce couldn't save it.... Sad tae say I'll never be going back

I ordered a munchie box last late last night to my home and I had my girlfriend with me that I just started dating and when it arrived we couldnt even eat it, It was sooo salty, the chicken had so much salt on it like crystals. I didnt want to complain because It was late at night and didnt want to make a scene because my girlfriend was there. I was up all night drinking water and felt soo thirsty all day and tired because I did not sleep. I put the food that was left in the box in the bin this morning and that cost me £19. I dont normally complain but I had never ordered food from there before and I felt like I had wasted my money. When I called them I spoke to a chinese woman and I tried to explain all this too her, she kept saying why didnt I call last night then hung up on me. I called back and she left me hanging on the phone when serving customers, when she came back on she said quite rudely she wasnt willing to refund me and that I should have called the day before then hung up again. I cant believe how rude and unprofessional she was couldnt care less about the customer. I tried to explain myself but she wouldnt listen she just kept saying if you eat it in the morning it wont be good, I told her I didnt eat it in the morning I put it in the bin. I will never ever eat from this place ever again and I strongly advise nobody else pays for food so badly seasoned it makes you sick because the owners definately dont care about this!!!! they basically said I was lying!!

Ordered onion rings = MissingOrdered 8 chicken balls = Got 2 chicken balls AND 2 "king spring rolls" (That I didn't even order)Lost £10.50Called to complain and got called a LAIR. Great what they call "Customer Service".Sad. Sad. Sad.

Order was wrong so we called only to be called liers and it was impossible after using them for years never complained until tonight. We will never use them again and if I could give them minus I would disgusting how they treat customers. :(
