Ordered Chips and Cheese for a change , don't know what was worse the half cooked chips or the plastic Cheese they were using, I won't be rushing back and unfortunately I don't seem to be the only one today that feels that way today 22/03/24

I had to reply to the previous comment as I cannot access the review page to comment back to let her know that all our food is halal any anyone is welcome to come and check and see the packaging so not sure how you can say 1000% you must be from a competitor that cannot see someone providing everything that is halal, we have other restaurants in edinburgh and do not serve alcohol so why would we lie to people and we welcome anyone to come and check thank youDelta Fry.

I personally would like to leave a review for any Muslim that goes to this chip shop on hopes for halal food. I can personally tell you with 1000% certainty the owners lie about the pepperoni they use and it is not halal you are eating pork. I don’t know if they find this a hilarious joke but to play against someone’s religious beliefs are absolutely disgusting and despicable. Horrible staff, horrible food, horrible VALUES!

Shocking, they allow you to order for 10:30 on a Friday night, take your money, then call you to say they shut at 10:00 and blame just eat then hang up. Absolutely horrific on the phone, do not ever order from these bandits. Oh and by the way you need to wait at least 3 days for your refund. I almost forgot to mention that they charge £6.00 for delivery in the same postcode, I am less than a 5 minute drive from them. Seriously do not ever order from these people.

Ordered online and collected in store. Items not what we ordered and when we made the guy aware he told us this was a new system they were setting up and I should have phoned them to let them know. Clearly have to be a mind reader to know the system is telling them different things. Guy was unwilling to change the order full stop as he would have had to take the hit. But instead I had to since I had already paid online. Food went straight in the bin outside. Will Never Order From Here Again!!

Waited for my order figured they’d be late but by the time I phoned the store it was closed so I called in the morning and explained but due to me forgetting to put my phone number down on the just eat app I was told the food was binned as the driver attempted to deliver it (they did not) was also told the driver knew the area pretty well (clearly not) and that it was my fault and I wasn’t getting any sort of refund.. the customer service here is the worst customer service I’ve experienced ever would highly not recommend

I walked in and i was met by a really nice guy whilst ordering my food some jakebaw came in and started swinging over the counter trying to hit the nice man it turns out the jakebaw lost his maw to salmonella because the chicken wasn't cooked i quickly left and was left speechless

Ordered a chicken shaslik got a chicken kebab instead not bothered about that food is always good frm hear what shocked me was watchung the lad on the grill using the same tongues on cooked chicken and then go into the tub and take out raw chicken then kept using same ones on cooked and uncooked meat
