Terrible customer service, rude staff who couldn't care less. This is where I would prefer self service than having to deal with the staff.

good evening...I wanted to inform you that last night at 7 I was at the petrol station in Musselburgh...in 1 Edinburgh Road...the automatic car wash didn't work...the staff didn't refund my money and I'm not I was helped.. not very professional people.. I'm a taxi driver and I go there every day... I'll never go back again... terrible service...

Staff was constantly on their phone during the whole duration of my visit. The coffee machine wasn't topped up, no lids. The toilet was a mess and there was no toilet paper. Felt a bit run down, but it does serve its purpose in terms of refueling.

Toilet doesn't work, it was a mess and the employee working behind the cashier was having a private phonecall in his own language. Wasn't happy to get petrol here....

I was sold a faulty gas tank. It would not connect to my bbq. When I took it back the following day to ask for a replacement I was told that I can only have a replacement if I returned it on the same day of purchase? I mentioned that this is not acceptable and was put on the phone to the manager. He said if he exchanged it he would be out of pocket £120.00 as a fee from Calor, so he wouldn’t do it until he spoke to Calor gas first! He told me he would phone me the following day. That was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing! Terrible customer service, understaffed and under trained. I phoned calor gas separately who told me they have not followed the correct procedure and they would raise a complaint to the store. They asked me to go to another dealer for an exchange which I did and it was very simple. They will be getting my business in future.

Yesterday (Saturday 04.02.2023), at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, I stopped by Shell to top up my electricity key. I do this thing every month since I moved to the Fisherrow area.It was the shift of Mrs Christine, who actually refused to serve me, saying that she doesn't know if the key is Scottish or Power Gas and it can't be topped up there. Once again,I mention that I top up the key EVERY SINGLE MONTH at Shell. Every time we go there(my husband or I) on her shift, she seems bothered by whatever we ask her and she has a very arrogant, superior,rude and mean attitude towards us. We don't know if it is because we are immigrants and maybe the lady is selective in terms of the way customer service and is guided by criteria of race/color, etc.I have never encountered such behavior before and I am sure that I am not the only person who has been struck by arrogance of Mrs Christine, but such people should not work with clients.

The blonde haired female behind the counter named Christine is in the wrong job! She is plain rude, I tried to be pleasant when I witnessed her with the customer in front of me ( a young girl) when she was nasty to her and I received the same attitudes. I Will definitely not be going back in there. Pay at pump for me at Tesco from me from now on!!!

I found my experience like many others on here. The blonde haired lady behind the counter was abrupt to say the least bordering on rude.
Women with blonde bobbed hair wears glasses, mature in age behind the counter is incredibly rude,in my opinion if you can't be courteous don't work with the public in a customer facing environment.

Came for fuel and car wash but my daughter had to use the toilet. AVOID!! Ive was appalled. The walls, floor everything was dirty. The stench of urine was overpowering, it clearly had never been sanitised. Funny thing was the sticker on the door about how clean they keep their toilets! The place needs bleached from top to bottom.

Avoid. I hoovered my van. After an hour I had a phone call from the station that I broke it. I was told they have CCTV footage how I did it, a staff member demanded to inspect my vehicle, and said he would report me to the police. I let him to check the van. I asked to show me the footage, he declined. My guess is - someone in charge of maintaining the equipment neglected his/her duties, maybe not for the first time, and was in trouble. Havens only know how many used the vacuum cleaner before and after me but I was unlacky to have my mobile number on the side of the van:) I reported it to Shell, the operator was great but she could not help as it is the third party company (franchise?). All in all - avoid!
