Visited Morrisons today to have brunch with my grandma at the Caffe. We were very unwelcome during this visit. Older lady behind the counter, was very rude to myself and my grandma, because apparently my grandmas wheel chair took up too much room and her other costumers needed that space. My grandmas wheelchair is an average size wheelchair, so I did not understand what she meant by this. When asked for her to explain to me, she got very hostile towards me. Other customers also felt uncomfortable and suggested that she should speak to us kindly, instead of raising her voice In such an awful manner. We will not be back here. My grandma suffers from anxiety and has high blood pressure. This was a bad experience for her and myself. we would not recommend anyone to come here, especially someone in a wheelchair or with bad mental help.

I love Tesco Cafe in Musselburgh. All the staff including Kath, Sharon, Jamie Lee, Myra, Ariana, Amy, Dave, Liz and Shirley are always happy and welcoming. The cafe is extremely busy and they work tirelessly to do the best that they can while always providing the best service. They also make the best coffee in Musselburgh!

Very disappointed. There was no access to the cafe as the lift was blocked off by an advertising sign. Apparently the lift has been out of order for sometime and is still awaiting repair. There was no way of getting anything from the cafe and no way of getting it takeaway. Ended up visiting the greggs takeaway that is also located in the store and got great service here.Parking: Disabled and parent and child parking is also availableWheelchair accessibility: Should be a lift but it’s been out of order for sometime

Tesco's cafe in Musselburgh is a wonderful place! The chips are delicious as are the scones (you get lovely soft butter and jam to spread on too). The meal is brought to you after you order and the staff are delightful! This is my first time and certainly won't be my last!!!Thank you!

we have been into this cafe at the rear of tescos, and and stairs ( there is lift too ) and our personal favourite in there, is the all day breakfasts, which you can choice to have with toast / fried bread / or tattie scone and we have it with pot tea. at for less than £15, for two, we not only think its reasonably priced, but is cooked to order. you're always made to feel welcome from moment you arrive, and if your order is going to take longer then likes five minutes, you always get told that like today, it weill be up tyo 15 minutes wait, is that OK. You get given you order number to display on the table, and most times, you barely get chance to sit down, when the assistant is bring the tea accross, which is always nice and hot, and nice tasting cup tea. . but really i have seen quite few dishes too that others have had while in, which also look advertising, the assistants if its ones that know us, have gotten used to us now and two them say, is it your normal, , which we say yes, (or if tables limited, one orders and other gets table, ) but most the times, as a table becomes free, there's one the assistants normally there within minutes and clearing it and disinfecting the tables and chairs for next customer..

Well let's start at beginning 20 minutes waiting in queue to even order food . Then after you've ordered the food you get a response of food will be 50 mins to come.the till lady had a big queue but disappeared to clean tables while we all waited until she'd cleaned up 4 tables under staffed cafe does not run properly with out the right amount one cleaning tables not till lady.just found the experience bit to much just to get a seat and a meal within 30minutes .won't be back ever again .better and quicker to do it yourself. Lesson well learned .quality of food was good and hot but tea was cold by the time the breakfast came to table .
