Tried to use the Jet wash and put in the 2 x pound coins as per instructions but it never worked. Complained to the girl inside and all she said was call the number of the air serve company who operate it. They said they can't do anything about it and they should have refunded me at the garage What a farce

I come to this garage on a regular basis, on night shift, the young guy always refuses to sell you a costa coffee, I could turn up at 1am in the morning and I'll be told the costa machines on a cleaning cycle, and when you turn up at 3am, same answer machines on cleaning cycle, the actual machines take 30mins to fully clean and top it up with milk. Come on guys, your open 24/7, workies on night shift want some warm coffee or tea. And you guys are the worst for it. As you can zoom in and see, I've sat for 10mins typing this. And theres your cycle??

I couldn't get any fuel in my tank for whatever reason I'm not sure. I try to put super unleaded in as much as I can but either the pump was faulty or the staff were too slow either way waited about 15 to 20 seconds then when nothing was happening went elsewhere for fuel

I visited today and I am very dissatisfied. one price on the boards and another price on the receipt. I asked why the prices are different so they told me that the price had changed. So I asked why doesn't it change? and the staff told me they didn't have time

£50 to half fill a tank on a Dacia stopped with room to spare. Think the pump needs calibrated, feel like I've been robbed. Pumps are so slow too.I'll avoid in future. Asda is next door, never had an issue

This is one of the cheapest petrol stations in Newmains the other one is Asda's (the two of them seem to have a competition at times as to who is the cheapest). It sits at the Lanark side of the roundabout in Newmains and is open 24hr it is on average the cheapest or second cheapest for petrol or diesel, and it has a good forecourt shop for those household goods that you have forgotten to get before the shops shut (a lifesaver at times) and unlike the other petrol stations in Newmains free air and water, it also has a cash machine and well kept toilet facilities, and the staff on the whole are friendly and helpful and they are also quick to start the pump when you pull in unlike a lot of garages.
