Ordered in store for collection and returned 15 mins later as suggested. I stood with other customers waiting and my pizza was showing as ready. I stood waiting for 5 minutes after seeing my pizza being put on the heated rack. I asked again if it was ready and got no reply. I then asked 2 other members of staff and was ignored and not answered. I was eventually given my pizza and let the staff know that I thought their customer service was terrible and should be ashamed of themselves. Another customer who stood for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged shared his agreement with me. I will definitely never use this store again, staff couldn’t care less. Good friendly customer services, always on time and a good standard of pizzas, the deals though although they are all great sounding you still end up paying the standard price of a pizzas if you were to buy it elsewhere, however I will continue to eat here as I’ve never been let down for taste and service is always consistently great.

It was one of the worse pizza’s I’ve ever had! When I called to complain about the missing sides the person just hung up on me! So avoid! I paid almost £28. for a large veggie pizza , 2 small dips and delivery! The pizza was awful and the dips useless! A real con! But judging from the rudeness of the staff, I think I’m not the first to be scammed via the Domino’s website! Never again! We stopped to get a pizza on the way home from shopping and found we had flat tire. In the rain, in a hurry, stressed - but no worries! Greg at your Newton Mearns branch came out in a flash with his own jack and changed our tire for us! The whole thing was so unexpected and wonderful, and we still got our pizza in record time. Greg is a lovely person. You need to pay him all the money. Seriously, this is a gem of an employee you have here.

I booked online and took one of the many deals available. We paid £60 for 3 large pizza's and 3 sides - which was not bad for feeding 6 of us. I'd arranged it in advance, but then when guests were going to be delayed, called up and put the delivery time back by 30 minutes. This was not a problem. The food was delivered on time, was fantastic, and all was good. 5 stars all the way.

Orderd a 13.5 inch pizza came at 11.9 adana was the guy i spoke to he was calling me a lyer when am a joiner and messured the pizza even showed the delivery driver my tape on pizza that was showing 11.9 he says the doe was 6days old terrible adnan should be sacked way he spoke to me or worse head took off

Terrible pizza .. base and toppings barely cooked. Ordered a sizzler , even found a few bits of sweet corn on it.. if your a fan of domino’s your better off going to the giffnock branch. Won’t be ordering from Greenlaw again, this isn’t the first disappointment. Only managed to eat half of it.

Just awful, I would recommend that people use other sites (Giffnock). Order contained incorrect toppings on 2 of the 3 pizzas ordered, Drink was missing from order. Called to complain and staff hung up.
