The service we received was outstanding. Our waitress was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Before our glasses ever became empty she would offer us more drinks and was always nearby if needed anything. First class service.

Lovely busy atmosphere. Unfortunately we were unable to get the Caesar wedge as they didn't have the sauce so that made me think its not made fresh in restaurant. Also mine and my husbands steak were cooked to each others request so my Sirloin was cooked medium when I requested medium rare bit still tasty. The onion loaf is delicious.

Our server Graham was excellent friendly & efficient, made a good night into a great night. Next time will ask for a table away from the kitchen though plus the restaurant got rather warm as the evening progressed. Food was delicious, steak done to perfection, onion bread was very crispy.

The steak was literally the only good thingXmas day meal paid for prior to date and pre-ordered. Accompaniments to steak where cold. It certainly was not value for money. The waitress Michele was not the most hospitable person.Got bill at end to be charged again for food despite paying just under £360 for the meal. The bill should have only been a drinks bill. Initial bill was £126 despite drinks only totaling £52.Discussed this with waitress for her to return with a bill now for £72. Still incorrect. Her explanation was that because there was kids food on our choose meal. I am sorry it was £89 per person regardless of whether it was an adult or a child. Extremely disappointed as this was Xmas day and it had cost a lot for this negative experience

Our waitress Amanda was a delight! We had a butchers block and the steaks were amazing—although one cut was slightly overcooked. Overall a lovely meal and we would come back, especially with Amanda serving us!!!

We had a fantastic experience and that was due to our waiter Darren...who was by far the best/most attentive waiter from start to finish. We had our son with us and he chatted to him. The food was outstanding and on Darren's recommendation we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Darren made the experience so much better that we expected we will definitely be back and I will beaking a request to sit on Darren's area. Well done miller carter...and a big high five to Daren people will return because of him...I know we will.

Booked a table with less than 24 hours notice. Parking was east to access and had lots of spaces. Staff were friendly and place was clean. Low lighting created a nice atmosphere. Drinks orders and food orders taken quickly. Server was friendly and asked about any allergens. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had obviously been finished for a while and nobody appeared to ask if we wanted the bill or anything else. We called over a member of staff to get the bill, which then came quickly. Would definitely go again.

We took our 15 year old tonight for his birthday. He has been looking forward to a birthday treat for the whole year, but we were very disappointed. The night started well with a decent welcome from our waitress (we didn't catch her name).The nachos came with my daughters cheesy garlic bread which was fine however the nachos were freezing cold, the cheese was chilled and the nachos were poured from a bag. We informed the waitress when she came to take the plates away. The steaks came, we ordered the fillet mignon rare, the plates were warm but the food quickly cooled. The main gripe we had was the lack of atmosphere, the music was turned off halfway through our night and the restaurant emptied quickly and we felt like we were in a Brewers fayre. I asked the waitress what had happened to the music to which she went to the bar and it was turned back on. The ice cream came full of chocolate sauce which I didn't ask for. I was very much disappointed in the experience overall.
