Gents Locker RoomLockers usage doesn't match with people in gym /pool - very seldom any available. Members using more than one doesn't help - I have been in early mornings and still no lockers so not sure if they are forcibly emptied every night?Maybe move staff lockers to Dry Locker Room where there is always capacity?

Great hotel, I always have a comfortable stay when I stop here for work.

The mens locker situation has become a joke. Lost keys/ broken locks etc has significantly reduced availability even in less busy times - gone on for too long folks.

I was supposed to go on the 18th &19th off September for my friends birthday unfortunately my friend got a call from the hospital to go in for an operation which she's been waiting on for a year I was going then I was in a accident and broke my ribs I called the hotel to explain what happened and if I could change my dates they said they couldn't do that but I could change the names and give it to someone else which I thought was a disgrace I don't understand why they wouldn't change the date's for me so unfortunately I lost out and lost £430 pounds so disappointed with there service

Had a fab time here. Very nice facilities. Friendly staff, lovely food. Swimming pool and Spa are excellent. Changing rooms facilities a bit dated, needing refurnished but overall a very nice place. Would stay there again without hesitation. Definitely recommend.

A Great Hotel, very well managed you can tell the staff enjoy their work here with the smiles they carry when you are greeted by them. A very clean and stylish hotel unique in its own way and will do its best to accommodate your needs. I was shocked when I saw the prices very affordable for a luxurious night's break away. The rooms are stylish , clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for any occasion they will satisfy your needs. Also the food here was top notch ?Rooms: Very clean stylish and comfortable.Food & drinks: The service was excellent as was the food.

I have stayed at Parklands Country Club on many occasions over the years when I visit Glasgow. Its proximity to town and location on the gorgeous south side of the city is perfect for my family. The rooms are large and spacious and extremely well appointed. Definitely a 5* experience. The beds are over sized and super comfy, very fluffy pillows, huge spa like bathrooms and immaculately clean. The restaurant has a great selection of food - and the spa, pool and beauty treatments are an extra treat. It is very family friendly and the staff are consistently friendly and very helpful. My family and I will continue to choose this hotel for years to come - due to its excellent location and atmosphere . I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel will always have a huge place in my heart. I got married to my husband on Thursday 7th September 2023 and what a day!!My husband brought me for a night away a couple of months after we got engaged here, and I fell in love. The two of us enjoyed the facilities, the rooms are pleasant and clean with gorgeous bathrooms and some of the cocktails at the bar! So we decided we liked it so much to enquire about our wedding. It was then we met the wedding co-ordinator Jennifer Diamond, quite literally lives up to her last name. No task is too big or too small, she goes absolutely over and above in order to do whatever she can to make your day as smooth and as incredible as possible.A lot of our family travelled and have never stayed at the hotel nor had they been to it before, and every single person just about has said they would go back and it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. This is purely down to the staff who are ready to do whatever you need, no ask is too big a deal. The staff at this hotel are an absolute asset and made the experience incredible.I am so sad it is over but soooo glad we chose Parklands. I can’t wait to come back and stay, it will always be our place. There will never be enough thank yous to show how grateful we really are!Mr & Mrs Connelly x x

The Contemporary Art Hotel was a visual feast for the senses. The hotel's avant-garde art installations and modern design created an immersive artistic experience. Our room was a canvas of contemporary style, and we felt like we were staying in a gallery. The staff's knowledge of the local art scene added an extra layer of depth to our visit. A stay here is a celebration of creativity.

Paper thin walls. Residence next door partying at 2am and no one at reception to intervene.Put simply: You get what you pay for and as a result its clientele is no better than a Travelodge.AvoidRooms: Nicely decorated and clean. However, some rooms like ours shared a door to the next room and you can hear conversations. The worst hotel experience as a result.

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a large family wedding party. Service was outstanding, special thanks to Roseanne for your compassion, care and service. Mel, you put us at ease from the start, loved your honour and banter. Again, great service, even when I asked for a table for 10, changed it 3 or 4 times until I think we had 22 dining. You knew I was destined to be trouble ?. Megan Devlin, you too were really friendly and served us well, even though you told tales about my bottle of Prosecco ?. Gill, you put up with my requests for an extra too, changing dates etc and it was all done with a smile. Glad I got the opportunity to thank you personally before I left on Saturday To the food now. Breakfast was hit n miss. Day one was excellent, day two disappointing and day 3 mediocre. Dinner on the first night went down well. The wedding meal was excellent. The soup was so tasty, it’s still being spoken about. Wish I had the recipe. Chicken and steak pie were so good as was dessert Although the bar was really busy on Thursday, your staff coped admirably Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing missing was a fridge. One little fly in the ointment was the beauty salon. I had booked the MUA for 10.30 am for my granddaughter and 11.30 am for myself. Somehow, the new booking system had brought the appointments forward and mixed them up. Please go back to pen and paper. The MUA made a beautiful job of our makeup and was so pleasant. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about the other staff member I hope to organise the girls to return and have a spa break soon. Till the next time parklands

I always enjoy Parklands but today I was very upset by a member of staff. We were a few ladies dining. Three of us were served while the rest of waited 30 mins before our order was taken. the food was delicious as usual . but when I questioned a staff member, was told that was requested!!!! that was untrue. then I was told not to dine in the restaurant again. We were all astounded by the attitude of this individual. Needless to say I will continue to enjoy my favourite eaterie but hope to be treated with the respect a valued customer expects
