The friendliest spot in town. Tasty food, warm welcome, lovely secret garden in the warmer months. Exceptional value for money. Coffee is superb. This lovely cafe never disappoints and is an asset to the town.

Popped into the brew ha ha for breakfast at opening time on a Tuesday. Coffee and breakfast was excellent. A few locals came and went which was nice but it deserves to be busier. Will definitely return in the near future.

Was a really nice little place to eat. Good food, lovely staff and not overly expensive. Will eat there again and recommend to others.

Wonderful little café/ restaurant that's a pleasure to visit. Very nice pleasant staff couldn't do enough for you which means an awful lot when you're in a strange place on your travels. Excellent value and superb food and coffee. Highly recommended, 10/10.

A cold November day & we are house hunting. It is about the area as much as the home, so we called in at a small cafe on the local high street. Just looks like your average cafe. Except we tried soup, homemade & very tasty - we tried both soups on offer, & then the coffee & obviously a small piece of cake. These guys deal with all variety of customers some of whom are elderly (OK so we admir to not being even in the second flush of youth ourselves) The staff keep an eye on their patrons, nothing is too much trouble. They know their onions. What is in every product - without some crib sheet! The soup was piping hot as was the coffee - nothing to fault anywhere - except we did not have chance to experience the whole menu. If we move anywhere near, we will be forced into a much more active lifestyle - just to justify enjoying all Brew Ha Ha’s wares! The staff work very hard, are communicative & caring. Their food & refreshing drinks are of a high standard. We felt welcomed & we look forward to our next visit.

It never ceases to amaze me A: How low a standard some people are willing to accept. B: The price some people are willing to pay for awful food. C: After being charged for awful food at extortionate prices they don't complain. Brew Ha Ha, obviously, get their name because after you've had your brew etc. they laugh their cocks off all the way to the bank. What an s-h-one-t hole. After perusing the very badly formatted, extremely expensive menu the only reason we stayed was because our 85 year old father was flagging and needed sustenance from, what seemed, the only sit down cafe left on the high street. Big mistake and very disappointing as the food was inedible and was left, the £3.50 latte I don't think had ever seen a coffee bean, the hot chocolate was ver6 weak and mainly froth and on paying, when informed of our dissatisfaction, the young waiter merely said "sorry you didn't enjoy it" and proceeded to serve the next unsuspecting customer . Absolutely diabolical. DO NOT EAT/DRINK HERE unless you have a high bank balance and very, very low expectations/standards, in which case you deserve each other.
Just visiting the area but found staff friendly
