Best scones I've eaten in a long time. Our Christmas Party was held here, too. Lovely service, brilliant food, and a really nice place to dine.

Went here with my parents as we heard such rave reviews about it. Unfortunately for me I'll not be back. Yes, my mum and dad had a fry, which they said was nice. I had a toastie with what should have been cheese ham and onion, but what I got was ham on two white pieces of bread that were so soggy. I couldn't be bothered saying anything as the girls were so nice.

Popped in for a drink and snack after going round the bookshops and found it to be a real little gem. The chocolate brownie was superb!
Came here during our stay in Wigtown for both breakfast and lunch. Really lovely staff and great fresh food. Clearly a hit with the locals too - I’ve never seen scones run out so fast!

A lovely little cafe that complements “Scotland’s national book town” nicely. A good amount of tables that can fit 4 people on comfortably. I had the bacon and brie panini which was excellent. The fries were also light and fluffy. A nice selection of drinks are available, such as tea, coffee and soft drinks. 10/10!

An absolute gem. The coffee was the nicest I have had this holiday. Delectable selection of cakes and pies but it is the simple bacon and egg sandwich that brought us back again today. Warm, friendly service and delicious food. Highly recommended

Dropped in for a drink and cake late on a Saturday afternoon. It was really nice to find somewhere open at this time of day as quite often most cafes in D&G close 3.30-4pm even in the summer. The staff were very helpful in describing all the lovely cakes on display. We chose to have warm Ecclefechan tart, one with cream and one with ice cream. It was absolutely delicious and went well with the pot of tea and latte. It's a really nice little cafe with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
