Dropped in here for some coffee and cake and we weren't disappointed. A lot, and I mean a lot of different cakes and bakes to choose from and they are delicious. Staff are very friendly. Some parts of the cafe are quite cosy, the tables through the back are some what more open/cafe style, but still pleasant. Would definitely go back.

Paid £35 for 4 coffees, two fresh delicious cakes, a sausage roll plate which was also delicious, and a whisky. Lovely decor and very friendly people which seems to be the norm around here.

We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took us through all the cakes available and then we were seated promptly. Our order was taken and we were served coffee and cake a few minutes later. Cake and coffee were excellent and the whole premise had character and a great collection of book to parouse . It was our first visit to this place and it won't be our last... First class.
Called in here whilst going to the book festival. Went for coffee and cake. Would definitely go back. Staff lovely. We took our 12month old puppy in with us.
