Well stocked shop but absolutely NO staff. Same faces all the time doing very long hours. Don’t ever seem to have enough people working in there.

I came in one day at 8 am to buy some items. At around 7 pm(!!) I saw the same employee around the store. How is this possible? I'm only in Scotland for a few months and will head back to my homecountry soon but it's incredibly confusing to me how it's oke for employees to work such long hours. Is this legal? I'm worried for the well being of your employees.

Farmfoods doesn't hire enough staff and makes their existent staff work long hours to cover for the incompetence of the management. It's a disgrace and exploitation of employees.
