I raised an issue and sent photos of one of their products to them on fb messenger. The product had accidentally had the wrong filling put inside. My messages were read but not replied to and now it looks like they have blocked me despite me being polite about it. Mistakes can obviously happen in the factory but reports like this should be taken seriously and not ignored, what if someone had an adverse reaction?

Sorry but food was pretty rubbish. Bland soup, undercooked bridies still raw in the middle which is a big no-no. The sausage rolls were fine. And the scones were so dry they almost crumbled into a million pieces and were very unpleasant. Only decent thing was their reasonable pricing but i wouldn't rate the food sadly.

Service was extremely slow, girl was more interested in talking and complaining than making our order. Took nearly 30 minutes for some rolls and bacon and rolls and sausage.Would avoid of unless you have a long time to wait. So not for you if your on your lunch break from work.O and the bacon was burnt to top it off.

Just bought 4 cream buns with coconut on top.sent three over to my sons house. They were rock hard. Definitely not today or yesterdays

Called at 5 to 1 and was told the shop closes at 1pm even though opening times on Google say 4:30. Told the woman on the phone I was coming in and would be there in a few minutes to be told they were already closed so they don't close at 1, they close whenever they feel like it and got hung up on. Wow

Great wee take away the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much hassle.Recommend if your looking for a breakfast when out and about
