For as long as i can remember i have been visiting Allan's.I would drive for miles just to have fish and chips here. Great food great prices fresh as a daisy and unlike other take aways and fish bars they dont cook it until you ask for it!!It's a nostalgic place with lots of atmousphere and great memories for most kids born in and around Paisley.Keep doing what you do but please take fruit juice off the lunch starters thats in no way a starter for a meal. Go back to the fritters or mushrooms please!

First time back here since before COVID. Still the same, brilliant food, excellent staff and great prices. Fish tea is brilliant and the portion sizes are excellent. A great place that is regularly busy but has more than enough room for and tables well laid out.

I was in tonight with a friend and had the macaroni cheese and chips. It was delicious and a good portion size too. Service was excellent as well. Will be back for more!

Always freshly prepared, you will normally have to wait for your food to be cooked..but it's worth the wait.
Allans has been our family go to chippy since my gran worked there in the seventies. Best fish and chips in

Not been here for 46 years.OMG! The memories came flooding back.Food still first class, service fabulous and loved the coal fire. We will defo be back. Thanks guys

Just had a sausage supper and my son had a portion of chips.Happily answered my question about allergies (thank you) and the service was friendly and fast.The chips were delicious, crisp on outside and fluffy inside. Sausages were coated with just enough batter, not too greasy either.Best chippy in Paisley!

The place was really busy but they managed to get a table for 6 of us. The food was lovely and the lunchtime menu is great value for money.Parking: There is a small carpark at the back but it's really tight.
