I was there an hour ago. The service was fast and the workers were smiling. I love this place, it is the best shopping center I have ever had.

Always keep your customers posted when not opening, I get to Asda tonight and it’s closed but you said your service is 24/7

Genuinely the worst Asda - I thought Govan Asda was bad but it’s much better than this - the shelves and freezers in this store are literally always bare & staff are either non existent or too busy to help (minus the staff at the lotto till). Over the past few months I’ve tried visiting at different times in the hope the previous times I’ve chosen were just bad luck - I was wrong. I will now stick to Aldi round the corner, at least they always have stock!

Bad experience at self checkouts at ADSA Linwood today. Surprised at staff members attitude. Self service checkouts should ALL be both cash and card and then they can all be used at the same time instead of queues forming. Have put in a complaint to customer services. The store in general has gone down hill badly recently. It is not a pleasant place to shop. Doubt I'll be using it again despite having shopped there for many years.

I have a blue badge, I waited in handicap area waiting for a parking to become available. 3 vehicles left, not one had a blue badge, 2 of the drivers had trolleys of alcohol. Please sort this out. Sunday 2pm

Recent changes are very poor. Reduced foods are almost nonexistent, and when they are, the reduction is so bad that it's not worth buying. A fully opened breaded haddock (not even taped back up) was reduced from £5 to £4.22. Fruit that is almost bin worthy is reduced only by about 10%. Quality of food has gone downhill. Fruit and veg are rarely fresh.

By far the WORST Asda I have been to. First of all, dont you have any staff to put stock out??? In most areas the shelves are filled with empty boxes or completely bare. Lots of locations with no tickets, messy, dirty and products all over the place in wrong locations. Just an awful shopping experience!

This Store has gone completely downhill. Constantly moving all the aisles all over the place(Just leave them where they are!!) , Staff always gossiping on the shop floor about other staff members. Prices are sky high on certain items when they should really be coming back down again. But the Thing that has got me most annoyed is having to find an employee to get a bag at the self checkout....they carry them around as if they are gold and you physically have to ask for one....it's really degrading and they often have a patronising attitude towards you asking. We can shop throughout the shop for all the items we want and when it comes to a Bag"OH NO!!You have to have to ask for it" as if we school kids asking for a pencil sharpener at school. We paying for the stupid bag's 30p!!! Which is ridiculous anyway. Grow up Asda ...you going to lose customers over this fickle rubbish.

During the lockdown my fiance got told by security guard that her assistant dog was not allowed in the store as they have the same rights as guide dog that we are still going to take further action does not matter how many years it was

We ordered £85 worth of shopping that was supposed to have arrived by 9 on sat July 1st. It said it was delivered. But nothing was delivered not 1 item. When my wife phoned up they said it has just disappeared. The money will be back into our account by next Friday then she put the phone down on her. Disgraceful customer service, Disgraceful service AGAIN from asda. Disgraceful company. They said that they can't send the order out again. We had to spend another £85 for them to deliver again. 1 am on £150. Per week can't afford to pay that out. Start looking after your customer's asda

The past 4 weeks have been a disaster with regards to grocery home delivery from the Linnwood store as every week my orders have been getting delivered later and later, with todays arriving three hours after it should have ! Obviously there are issues in this store that need fixed asap as phoning customer services has done nothing to alleviate them, so maybe the general manager needs to step in and find out what’s happening in the grocery delivery department as delivery is not free and I pay to get items delivered?

I recently visited an Asda store, looking forward to a pleasant shopping experience before heading to the movies. However, I was disappointed by a series of inconveniences, mainly related to the state of the restroom facilities.Firstly, I was taken aback to find that the baby room and the restroom for people with disabilities were closed. Although I didn't need to use these specific facilities myself, I found it concerning considering the needs of other customers.I opted to use the men's restroom instead, but to my dismay, it was poorly maintained. There was paper strewn everywhere in the stalls, reflecting a disappointing lack of cleanliness.Exiting the stall, I noticed two of the sinks were marked as out of order. Undeterred, I decided to try a third sink that seemed functional. However, I soon discovered that it, too, was faulty despite not having a warning sign. I attempted to use a temporary sink, only to find it was also non-operational.This left me with soap on my hands for an extended period. For individuals with sensitive skin, such as myself, this can cause skin irritation. I was left with no choice but to purchase wipes from the store to clean my hands. This was not just inconvenient but also raised concerns about the health and safety standards of the store.Given the state of the restrooms, I believe they pose potential safety and health hazards and should be temporarily closed until they meet the necessary hygiene standards. This was indeed a disappointing experience, and I hope that Asda management takes prompt action to address these issues and ensure better maintenance in the future.
