Never had food that is less than a 10/10. So reasonable if you’re taking away. Only £4ish for pesto chicken panini and salad!

Mmmmm, two words - STRAWBERRY CANNOLI ??????the cannoli is the best ever here - can recommend the aforementioned. As well as the lemon and pistachio. YUM. Guy who works here, doing the coffee, is super nice too. Always friendly, always ready for a chat and extremely cheerful.

Very disappointed after turning up on Saturday afternoon then told all tables reserved but not in a polite and kind manner from a young man just not the best service at all without even ordering. Will not be returning.

Poor customer service…went to order at desk to be met with a guy with no people skills, not even a greeting. Asked if they had any baked potatoes and got a shake of his head and not even a word! Made a sharp exit and found somewhere else more inviting and customer orientated…

Weak hot chocolate and the nutella muffin was starting to go hard with age. The guy serving us looked and acted like he didn't want to be there - very off putting.

Coffee tastes so burned. So hot it seems to melt the seam of the cup and leaks all over my car. Unbelievably bitter too.Been here for takeaway 3 times in the last year and this is the 3rd time they gave me the wrong order. Yes I should check but I'm always in a rush when I visit here and just jumping in/out.

We are a large noisy family who descended on this wonderful place. The staff and atmosphere were excellent. Our grandson has an intolerance. No problem for the staff.

Took my better half there for breakfast today (23 Dec 2023). My first ever visit although Sandra had been there before. We ordered two full breakfasts plus an Americano for me and a cappuccino for Sandra. You just order at the counter. The staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous indeed. The coffees arrived first, followed soon after with the breakfasts. It's nice that they offer either fried or poached eggs and also brown or white bread. The coffee was lovely and the breakfasts hit the spot. The only slight downside was the cold plates the food was served on. Many of the tables seemed to be reserved. In that respsct, Bianco Nero is no different from many other restaurants. Surely empty tables don't earn money? That little rants aside, I'd definitely return to Bianco Nero. It's airy and spacious, the staff are very pleasant, the food is good and the proces are sensible. I liked this place a lot and I'll add it to my tiny 'go-to' list for eating out in Paisley.

The Brie and Bacon Ciabatta was nice. The salmon was coloured at the edges dark. The full breakfast was great for the 7.95 the roll on sausage was small. More roll than sausage. My roll on bacon with fried tomato was small. With only one slice of fried tomato and the bacon was a bit fatty. The staff were non chalant and not welcoming. The atmosphere was too bright for a Sunday morning or indeed anytime. Nice place though.
