Rhys is an absolute delight, we remembered him from our visit last time. He’s such a positive, lovely young guy. You can just tell he puts everything into his work, he’s a complete ball of energy. Thank you for being such a lovely warm character and keeping a smile on customers faces!

Popped in for coffee and cake before a mid day departure . We were actually heading to another cafe when a girl called Natalie , at front of house, asked us if we’re were looking to get some food and suggested we try the Bird and Signet. No hard sell at all and we were impressed by her cheery manner so decided to visit. Natalie suggested a table for us so we sat there. You order at the bar and we thought Natalie would be hard to beat but, Rhys brings us our coffee and cake and is the cheeriest and politest young chap we have met in a while. Rhys even went and got us both some fresh cream for our cake… all with a smile. The menu looked good but we only wanted elevenses . Cake and coffees were really nice. Well done to Bird and Signet for employing Natalie and Rhys. They certainly got our day off to a flyer ( see what I did there?)
