Very disappointed with our visit today ...we came over from the westend especially for lunch ...we arrived at 1.50 and asked if we could have a table ...we were shown to a seat and then we were told that lunch finished at 2 o'clock and as they were short staffed they could only offer tea and coffee....we asked if they could at least do soup as my daughter was quite hungry and they said yes ...we ordered the soup and 2 coffee's...we then asked the waiter if I could have some toast but were refused ....we were somewhat confused as my daughters soup came with bread but it was a step to far to ask for toast ...we were in and out in 30mins ....as we were leaving the couple at the next table were just being served their main course but it was too much trouble to serve us some toast ....very poor experience...we had visited many times before ...hence the trip over from the westend but sadly won't be back .

This is my second visit and it confirmed what a great find this place. The food was amazing and the portions really generous. Dishes are more than a match for what you might get in more expensive restaurants. Staff very friendly and the service excellent. Highly recommend.

They are the current best Scottish Trattoria restaurant and it shows.Parking: Street parking only.Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground floor.
Lovely main course for two with a bottle of wine and a liquor £74 We asked for a coffee to finish at 9.35 And was refused as the coffee machine was switched off, spoiled the whole experience

Lovely food, good service and nice latte! Been here several times and will be back. It was torrential rain outside and gale force winds. What a lovely oasis in the storm!

It was cold every time the door opened. If you can get a booth - take it. We were at the first table in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food, they did great with my allergies restrictions! Service was excellent.
