Not a great experience, waited nearly 2 hours for our food and disappointing quality when it arrived. Last time I'll be ordering here.

Ordered food for collection and they forgot our rice to accompany the satay and crackers. We drove all the way back to collect it only to be told we need to pay an ADDITIONAL £3 told them not happy about this and phoned to complain to manager afterwards but nothing done about it. Very bad service and they’ve lost a loyal customer through this.

Staff on telephone really rude, have used for a long time definitely won't be using again, tried to get a home delivery, said the system wouldn't allow delivery to our address, no explanation given and just hung up the phone, will use other Chinese take away from now on.

Really can't fault Daniel's. We had a larger order last night than usual as we had friends over, so just over £60 lol. We knew delivery of a big order on a Saturday night would take longer than usual, so we weren't bothered. It was worth the wait! Food, as always, was amazing!

Used to love this place. Anytime I was passing through Glasgow airport or staying at the Travelodge in Marchburn Drive, I would order from here. The food has always been excellent, the staff courteous and the delivery prompt. I placed an order mid week, last week and a lady called to say they have trouble delivering to the Travelodge because of the parking and number plate recognition cameras I assume. I offered to meet the driver just down the road at the roundabout, so he wouldn't have to pull in at all but was told I would have to pay an extra £5 delivery charge on top of the £3.50 delivery fee and 50p service fee already charged. So in effect a £9 delivery charge !! Jeez that is absolutely ridiculous. My order was cancelled. Such a shame, I won't be using them again. If you can get them to deliver to you, the food is lovely.

Awful customer service . The woman at the till was very happy to take my cash payment. I then booked a delivery. I was called to give my address again after it was done via there web site. I was then told it was my fault that they didn't have the correct address. I have asked for a call back as there not taking my calls.Not impressed and never again will I put up with that woman screaming at me on the phonePlease read and learn from my terrible experience.
