Thank you SO much Greggs Linwood for yet again another fabulous food order for a lunch event at our Community Church. As always you never disappoint with your wonderfully tasty and varied sandwiches and yummy sausage rolls. Thanks a million Lorna and team! ?

Terrible greggs store. Staff arguing amongst themselves, huge queue, only 1 person on till, both card machine and reward scanner both broken. Standing 10/15 minutes in a queue for nothing to be ready and the little food that was ready is stone cold and obviously hours old. Wouldn't recommend, plenty other greggs nearby just go elsewhere.

Staff manager didn't care that there was no white sugar available for the coffee I just purchased. I don't usually complain about things like that but in this case she didn't even apologise. Whick I think was a little under the customer service side of things. She was to busy having a gab with the staff. I have breakfast and lunch most work days and the price increase doesn't seam to match the service for frozen food. Unhappy and would no recommend this greggs because of that. Greggs food is good for on the go. Pizza deals good after 4pm.

Love the Breakfast rolls. Wee roll and Bacon and a cappuccino you canny wack it. But stop calling those cakes Dounuts, Dounuts are cooked in oil not baked like a cake. I should know I've eat more Dounuts than Homer Simpson.

Great location and seating area is OK but you shouldn't have to pay extra to sit in. They should also have a hot drinks only que or bring back the vending machine as it's just too slow in the que alot of the time if your just wanting a hot drink. Prices are getting greedy also. Not cheap and cheerful anymore just overpriced in my opinion. Somebody is making alot of money for sure ?. They should do a coffee subscription also or discount for bus drivers and workers.

Food was okay....... bacon definitely wasn't cooked enough!!!!!1 member of staff on a till of 8 customers and both coffee machines getting cleaned at the same time? At 8am?...... Disappointed. Missed my bus and then further the roll was also not greatThis Gregg's is normally good too!!!

No Hot sausage rolls ready, lot's of cold ones though! and server just came across as though she had better things to be doing. Tea was good though.
Was working last sunday, went to Gregg's at 9:45am no soup tea or coffee they had nothing prepared. Very disappointing.

I normally love greggs but the last time I ordered they got the whole 20 pound order wrong gave us somebody else’s Which we didn’t like Did order 1 after that but keep forgetting the tea which I pay for just eat is hopeless never seen any money bk
