Ordered through drive through, chicken wasn't ready, asked to park up and wait 5 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and still no order so I had to go in and wait for it.Half way home and the order burst through the box onto my legs, all the grease had scalded my legs.I then phoned up KFC who were not sympathetic and could here someone in the background asking what does she want us to do?They offered a replacement meal, but I had to come back to the store and get it.Felt staff so unhelpfulVery dissatisfied

Not a frequent visitor to KFC but I fancied some hot lunch on a cold day. Popped for the drive through as was in my work uniform.Plenty of spaces in the car park. Ordered easily enough and payment was quick. I did not catch her name BUT the lady at the customer hatch taking orders and payments, was lovely. She was so apologetic that there would be a slight delay as they were awaiting some fresh chicken. Asked to park up and she would bring order over.My chicken was brought over and all apologetic again for the delay but as a compensation my order was upgraded to a large with addition of my tower meal, a set of wings. Food was lovely and tasty, hot in temperature and complete with napkins etc . In terms of customer satisfaction this was excellent service and I'd recommend this place with the lovely staff.Thanks guys. ?

Food was ok. However the cost of living crisis is really hitting this takeaway as is the elevated prices they are charging because of it, but to be fair it's not just here. Everywhere is the same just now. Still worth a visit

I just paid just over £30 for two adult meals and a kids meal, got home and put it out and half the items are missing, the burgers incorrect as well as one of the sides and drinks. I had to ask for my ice-cream because they didn’t give me that when they were sending me off. Usually the service has been good but this means I won’t be returning because I’ve been left out of pocket about £10 if I ordered what I got.

Popped in to have a bite to eat about 7pm. Three of us had the tiryaki bites, rice and sweetcorn . The tiryaki sauce was a bit too thick for my liking but chicken,rice and sweetcorn were good. Then we had ice-cream. All came to about £18 so was good value for money.

Some of my online order was missing. Didn't notice until I got home. The Chicken wings were slightly over cooked or the oil needed changed because the batter was very dark and dry.
