What a lovely evening my partner and I have had tonight in The Little Steak House a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter this intimate little restaurant, a cozy homely feel, the staff could not have been nicer and the food was excellent and so was the rioja. We usually have a main and dessert but both of us were full to bursting after our mains my partner had 12oz fillet that was butter tender an I had the full rack of ribs that was also beautifully tender. No faults at all for us we thoroughly enjoyed our night, thanks Lauren and team.

I have looked at this restaurant for years and always thought a tiny little steakhouse in the middle of Paisley can't be that good. Well all I can say is I was wrong very wrong. Anyone that has read any of my other reviews will know I don't give 5 stars easily and I can be and usually am brutally honest. So when I say I loved this place and it is by far my new favourite restaurant by a country mile. Now it's not the easiest place to park or find your first time. And you would be forgiven for looking from the outside and thinking its tiny it's going to be cramped and hurried. But it is worth any hassle you have parking which believe me 2 mins after walking in you have forgotten about. The welcome from the staff was warm and sincere. Tha character of the building is like eating in your Grans kitchen it's brilliant. The menu is big enough to offer a wide enough choice but not to big that you can't decide. The service was excellent from start to finish and the food was amazing. I had the blackened garlic pork chop. And it was just fabulous and a really good size of dish. In fact it was so good I could have asked for 1 on its own as a dessert. I thought the balance of seasoning was spot on perfect. In fact it was so good I actually stopped writing there to enjoy the memory of it. Do not miss this place if your looking for somewhere to eat in Paisley, yes it's tucked away, yes parking can be an issue, yes it's small and you really should book in advance BUT any of these perceived downsides are worth it for the fabulous time the comes with them. Book a table I promise you will not regret it.

Food wise it's a 5 star all the way. The steak pie on the ala carte is absolutely a work of art. If it was a painting, it would be the Mona Lisa , wonderful to look at with stunning texture. The reason for only a 4/5 is for the parking. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a beaming smile from Lauren and the gang. Immediately you feel at ease, the prawn starter's are excellent, however the steak pie is heavenly, soft and melts in your mouth ,infused with herbs and spices the pastry is like a light puffy cloud of joy you can also enhance the perfection on a plate andadd haggis or not. The dessert was shared between two of us carmel and apple pie wow just wow, the background music is just perfect too. We will definitely be back. Yes it's that good ?.

We love this wee place! The decor is nice in this cozy atmosphere and we always seem to get the table for two by the window, which we love. We have dined here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. All the staff are friendly and Lauren especially, as she's look after us when we visited. I have coeliac disease and the staff take the time to make sure that I get a safe, gluten free meal. I understand the risk of cross contamination is real in a restaurant environment but I do feel comfortable eating the delicious food here. We have tried the burgers, steaks, Cullen Skink, fish supper and more, and all our meals were delicious. Thanks to the staff for a great dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit!

They aren't made in Texas like this. Best food I've ever had. The staff was on point. Definitely will visit again if I come back across the pond. $18 for a 3 course meal. Need I say more

Wow the fairly priced fillet steak was to die for and the garlic sauce was amazing however the first thing that shone out brightly on entering was the superb service from these wee waitresses one off now 2 of my 'best service ever' with a real smile I have ever ever experienced in the UK and I'm not a spring chicken so many restaurants I have been in worldwide before the Web was even a thing!WOW IM OLD!?AND I LOVE IT TBH??✌️??this is basically why I put mine reviews on I put mine reviews on Google because because this is how we found this little gem

It’s nice but the steaks were very overdone, annoying for a steak house. Ordered blue and medium, got medium well and well done. Was good quality meat at least and nice chips. The lunch menu is good value, I’d have been fuming if I paid full price

Had the most lovely meal here for my birthday. We chose to eat from the market menu and the value was amazing. My partner got the soup of the day (spicy tomato) and I had the prawn bruschetta to start. Both absolutely beautiful. Then for main, he had the salt and chilli chicken strips which was a massive portion and he said it was lovely. I had a sirloin steak which was cooked exactly how I wanted it and was actually better than a Miller and Carter I reckon. Service was quick, staff were super lovely and food was perfect. Just disappointed I was too full to have a pudding too cause they looked lush. Thank you Little Steak House, you were the highlight of this pregnant ladies birthday. Will definitely return any time I’m back in Glasgow!
