This supermarket has gone downhill since being taken over. The cafe where we meet has a screen to order food but they still have one cashier to order from if paying cash but have heard they are doing away with this also. Their system for getting hot drinks doesnt work well so people have to wait ages for drinks. They also don't have enough staff. The fruit and veg still lasts longer than other stores and they have quite a good range of gluten free foods.

Was there on a Saturday morning just after 9am not one check out operator on duty left my shopping and walked out

Had a voucher from the coinstar machine to use. Voucher had to be seen by a supervisor at checkout. Check out lady tried for 15 minutes to get supervisor before a young manager appeared. When I complained at the long wait he said "I was having my lunch!" I said maybe his attitude was why Morrisons were losing customers to Aldi. He replied "What!" then back tracked and apologised. Not enough staff or staff support. Queues too long for those who don't like or cant use selfcheckouts.
