Ordered a Christmas lunch and the whole lot was not very warm

Went for breakfast after dropping of my car at the garage.On asking for Black pudding as an extra, was informed they didn’t have any …!We decided to proceed and order regardless.The coffee was lukewarm and cold by the time breakfast arrived !The waitress presented our breakfast and on doing so, informed us she had added an extra sausage and hash brown, as they had no tomatoes or mushrooms!Suppose it’s like a pub without beer The coffee cups could certainly do with a deep clean as some were badly stained.Generally, the food tasted fine and the staff were pleasant, albeit slightly embarrassed at not being able to supply what’s stated on the menu !I now understand why Morrisons have closed some Cafes, the customers have probably gone elsewhere ….Doubt if we’ll be rushing back !

Had a beautiful day at wedding at Falside Mill, venue was fantastic, food was fantastic. The day was spoiled by one member of staff clearing peoples drinks from table when they were up dancing, I stopped him from doing it twice as I knew the guests hadn't left. When I want up to the dance floor for the last dance with the rest of the table he cleared the whole table of drinks, it wasn't closing time as the bar was still serving drinks. I was going to complain at the time but didn't want to cause a scene, only disappointment of the evening!

Staff are very patient with the demand and queues. Above and beyond to make sure track and trace is followed with as fast a service as possible. Food is still as great as its ever been.Worth the wait of covid to sit in again *****

Surprisingly Really good! The young chap that served us was very polite and helpful. All 3 members of staff appeared to be busy with previous orders so we had a wee wait......though I have to say it was very worth it. Our breakfast was cooked to perfection and a lovely quality for the price.Happy to recommend.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast today and the food was freshly cooked, lovely and hot and came out to the table very quickly. The staff helped us with our dietary needs - my mum is lactose intolerant and I am coeliac plus we had a toddler with us. Although the gluten free options are very limited, I rate this cafe highly because the staff make it a very pleasant experience and my mum and grandson always enjoy their meals. It's a thumbs-up from me!! ❤️

Why are all Morrisons Cafes continuing to use small Plastic milk cartons when customer's require milk with their tea or coffee!!!!!!!
