My server Holly was an absolute gem!! So kind and helpful when it came to ordering my drink and food and brought such a wonderful atmosphere to the place as a whole! Would definitely recommend going based on staff alone ?

Twice we've ordered online from this starbucks, both times stating with coffee and selecting our roast type (espresso or blond) and with times yous haven't even bothered to add the coffee, however the one drink we bought (cookie and cream frapp) it DID have coffee in it despite not selecting coffee, only noticed coffee was in it after son who's 1 and a half had already drank 2 mouthfuls. Is if so hard to do your job correctly? If you can't be bothered with the 5 minutes it takes to make a new brew up, why even work there. Waste of money

I do like meeting a pal and having a blether in peace in here.I'd prefer their coffee to be a bit stronger though ?♀️.

It's a coffee shop in a retail park. They had run out of cake, so can't comment on the food.Coffee was nice, reasonably priced and served quickly.Always find a seat no problem, although this time the one I chose to sit at was a bit dirty.Will go back again as it's handy for me.

Noted flies in the sealed cake fridge today. One fly crawling about the cakes. Told the girl at the till, she spoke to her supervisor and they just moved the cakes tk the lowest shelf. Absoludisgusted.
staff are very friendly and the coffee is always great :)

Think I got ripped off, caramel waffle latte served in a paper cup, 3/4 full with no caramel flavour, waffle flavour...it had coffee and hot milk though.

Not so great. Took a long time for the coffee. Was told some sort of order mix up when I asked (no apology offered). Messy tables - unoccupied tables not being cleaned after the last customer (had to move stuff myself). Tables occupied by non customers (might have been a mate of one of the staff).
