After ordering online today, it wa delivered quickly, unfortunately it was stone cold, and was clearly not freshly prepared, when I called, the employee who answered, whose 1st language was not English hung up on me, after calling back several times, I asked for the manager, to be told, he wasn't availableAvoid !!!!

I got a chicken sub meal. Cost more than other subway stores £5.89. I got it toasted and it was burnt. Used my subway card for points and they wer not added onto my i was disappointed.

The man serving was lovely and helpful however the girl serving wasn't so great. Had to reiterate a few times I wanted a meatless meatball and she walked away before asking if I wanted anything else on it, or even the bread I wanted. I asked for a huge helping of jalapeños on my sub (literally no other salad) and instead received about 4 pickles on it... Not even close! Ahh well, got a free cookie from the helpful man serving which made me happy :)

Absolutely appalled. Purchased a sandwich yesterday afternoon (meatball marinara). When the staff member was putting the meatballs on the sub, I thought they looked strange, even smaller than usual somehow. I discovered after I left the ‘restaurant’ that the meatballs were hard and cold. They had clearly been left over from the previous day. You as the owner should be very concerned about this as people could be poisoned. Will never be visiting this place again. Disgusting does not even cover it. Avoid for your own safety!

This is the place where i work.it is well.mainted and sanitised hourly to ensure the safety of the customers.even the customer service is upto the mark where the interaction of staff with the customers has been rated 5star.i recomend to visit this place and enjoy the delicious sandwiches which are made with utmost discipline.Thank you
Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order via Just Eat plenty of time before closing. The restraunt accepted the order confirmed it had been made and were assigning a driver. 10 minutes AFTER the the order was supposed to be delivered they cancelled the order online. We called them to question this and they lied to us on the phone saying we placed an order for collection and were waiting for us to collect this. We had confirmation via just eat that we paid for and ordered delivery but they kept arguing with us over this saying we were wrong. A manager eventually came on the call and then blamed just eat. Will never be using this branch again, rude and lied on the call to us.
