Please stop chucking all your business rubbish in neighbouring back gardens. It is disgusting and is attracting rats. Have politely asked the owner and staff to stop doing it several times and staff pretend they can’t hear and/or don’t speak English.. Why would you knowingly attract rats to a food premises? Wouldn’t trust that correct food safety standards are being met.

First time ordering, I ordered the big beef and the meat was rock hard solid, no subway i have been to is like this, worst subway I’ve had ??????

Won’t be ordering from here again. Staff can’t read instructions or quantities. You want a sub toasted you don’t get it toasted etc. Ordered 2 of the same wrap and only got 1 so then had to reorder the 2nd one so that’s another delivery fee, tip, and time wasted while others have ate their food! 2nd wrap comes and it’s cold when the contents should be warm! Have had a few orders from here but, mostly recently, there has been problems with nearly every one.

Every SINGLE TIME I order something I have the driver phoning me saying they can't find my house and EVERY SINGLE time I put in instructions. I don't know why they make it so difficult. I tell them that there is a note on for directions and they just said say "yeah yeah yeah ok OK ok" on the phone when I ask them if they even read the note as they can't handle being wrong. When i tell them the directions on the phone they dont listen and start being cheeky. Had enough and won't be ordering again. Ridiculous.
Served me with a smile in the last 15 minutes of opening hours , an expetional member of staff !!! And a great subway branch

Used to put your sandwich into a box with sauce in a small carton, this time served in paper ready to drop through it hence soggy with items & sauce tortilla chips cold phoned to say simply couldent give a care & then teied to blame uber for taking long in delivery
