Coffee is average tasting, plenty of sweet things, sugar overload! Can't see myself as a regular, may appeal to others though. Dropped in today. Staff service ok. Forgot how bland and average the coffee tasted. Seriously you guys need to sort a better

Ordered 2 bacon and egg muffins, when they arrived they were stone cold. The server was very apologetic and sorted the problem straight away as well as giving me a freebie for the inconvenience very good service.

I’m a big fan of Tim Horton’s - probably my favourite of the big chain gang - this particular one is excellent though.Quite a recent change of management who seem to have a real focus on customer service - and it really shows.Coffee is always spot on - dark roast every time for me - tastes like proper US diner coffee - which is why I go!The kids like the fruit ice drinks and the doughnuts are brilliant, especially the Maple one.
