“We were over visiting from Canada and took a drive to Peebles, Aug 3 Sunday. we came across this Delie and decided to have lunch. It was a very good and nice flow of customers in the Restaurant. We had not made a reservation but were seated and we have a good hour plus to enjoy our meal. Thank you,”

“Reinstated my faith in having a Full Breakfast, after a previous experience (elsewhere) turned me off them. Get a pot of tea, it lasts you an age, but let it stew before you enjoy it. Would of missed this great place as there's little signage to shout it's praises, hopefully folk will see this and give it a go. Enjoy!”

“I had a wonderful visit to the Dawyck Botanic Garden Café. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The café has a fantastic selection of gluten-free food and cakes, with plenty of choice for both sweet and savoury options. It’s rare to find somewhere that offers such variety for those with dietary requirements, and everything I tried was fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. The gluten-free cake I had was light, moist, and full of flavour — you wouldn’t have known it was gluten-free at all!

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with lovely views out towards the gardens, making it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a break during your visit. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into the food and service here. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dawyck Botanic Garden.”
