Customer service was diabolical never felt so unwelcome in a store, it was as tho shopping was an inconvenience totally uncomfortable so unnecessary, which is a real shame as there was a good few things I would have purchased.

Can I give 6 stars to Richard in the cook shop please! He's always been very helpful whenever I'm in, but today was beyond the call of duty! I was looking for a spare part for an old coffee machine and had managed to forget the manufacturer. Undaunted, he went on the hunt, found it and solved my problem. It's a rare treat to have staff who care and are willing to spend time to help.
