The younger staff member needs training on customer service ! No manners ! No please no Thank you , no friendly face , no smile, no customer engagement ! On top of her miserable unwelcoming demeanour , this is how a 'Sit in ' coffee ,Bagle and cake were presented ! All for the Day light robbery price of £11 15 !The One positive was the Barista , she was friendly , polite and engaging.

It's a Costa so you know exactly what you're going to get. Coffee was good as was the service

Lovely coffee, all the stuff are very friendly, shop is clean and tidy, a well manage team.Highly recommend to all ?But I would like it if dogs can be in the back shop that would be fantastic ?

Two young girls working. Not a smile between them. The gentleman in front of me asked for a knife and it seemed like a total incontinence to the girl. The cup was almost launched at the tray. Neither of them have any social skills and probably shouldn't worked with the public. A smile costs nothing.

Asked for a mint hot chocolate and the senior member of staff just guessed the amount without using a pump to measure, the result was hot mouthwash in a cup, was so strong I couldn't taste the chocolate and that's a fiver down the bin now, very disappointing
