We were able to get a great vegan meal at Antlers. The soup of the day was a tomato and red pepper soup which was comforting and delicious, and we also got a tasty vegan gnocchi dish too.Make sure you book early because this place fills up quickly!

Wonderful dinner in at the Antlers Restaurant at the Portree Hotel. The Smoked Haddock and Potato Chowder so so delicious, had I not ordered my main already I would have ordered another bowl. Don’t leave this restaurant without trying the chowder! We also really loved the salmon dish on the regular menu. The confit tomatoes in the plate were an explosion of delicious flavor. I tried the cod with spinach and cream sauce, which was on the specials board. It wasn’t my favorite, lacking in flavor compared the the other dishes. However the fish was well cooked and tender If we were staying in Portree longer I would definitely choose to eat here again.

Excellent food in authentic pub setting. Salmon perfectly cooked. Duck breast and confit leg likewise. Good beer on tap. In heart of town.

We had a lovely meal at this spot. The service was very good and the food was tasty. I had to go to Scotland to get a great Angus burger. My wife had the seared salmon which she loved. The waitress was a lovely redhead from the Orkney Islands, I can't remember her name but she was super friendly and accommodating.

Great experience. Be sure to book ahead here and in every restaurant in Portree. Staff was exceptional for our group of six. Enjoyed the scallop starter and pork belly main. A variety of offerings and every member of our group enjoyed their meal with sticky toffee a dessert favorite. We were seated near the bar which was a fun lively place on a Saturday night. Music started around 9 which added to the fun of the evening. Cannot applaud the staff enough - highly recommend.

Very busy so have to book in advance. Virtually all restaurants in Portree struggling with staffing at this time so opening and closing times and days vary. Food was very nice and reasonably priced.

Quick and friendly service. The food was excellent so can see why it was fully booked the evening we went. One of us had the special starter of scallops with smoked mussel butter, apple and black pudding. Very tasty. Two had the blade of beef with glazed/crumbed carrot, mash, peppercorn sauce, baby onions (beef was outstanding). One had grilled salmon, sautéed potatoes, confit tomatoes, and lemon butter sauce. I had crispy pork belly, pancetta wrapped loin, apple slices and sauce, gravy, Isle of Skye black pudding. Sticky Toffee pudding with sesame snap, Miso butterscotch sauce, salted caramel ice-cream was most excellent. The baked cheesecake with custard cream, strawberries and ice cream was nice. Definitely recommend.

We managed to secure a last minute booking here and were very glad we did! All of the waiting staff were super friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. The scallop starter from the specials board, the slow cooked beef and the sticky toffee pudding were all incredible. Would definitely visit again!

The Receptionist at this hotel was attentive and kind even though I could not find accommodation because everything was fully booked. The Cappuccino and resulting three hours I spent until they closed was pleasant and I was impressed by her level of professionalism and the way she handled tens of queries and requests. The restaurant and pub were packed and people kept on asking for a spot. This seems to be the go-to place in Portree.

We had a great meal. The vibe and atmosphere are fun, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. My favorite part was the very unique (at least for me) black currant sorbet. Delicious!
