Although the Red Brick could quite easily change their cafe they have obviously chosen to remain true to traditional fare and provide the best food and service at decent prices to their customers. Thanks to all their staff! Fabulous!Btw....its not an English breakfast as the recommended dishes section implies....its Scottish.... thankfully!”
