We found this little gem by mistake.Hands down - best sushi in Scotland for sure! Amazing quality and variation within menu. Since getting familiar with history of Minato that owner used to live in Australia - we knew that this will be amazing. If you know Australia's sushi you know they have one ot the best ones in the world!We have been ordering regularly for the last few months, every single time they deliver high quality from visual representation to flavour.Consistency sometimes lacking within this industry, but not here.Keep up the good work Minato team - you are great! ??????

I have been lucky enough in life to be able to eat sushi made by an Itamae on my travels and I've waited for a long time to have sushi on par to these standards in Edinburgh and East Lothian. And each time these guys deliver on every front. Presentation and taste is second to none and I've never eaten sushi to this good in Edinburgh or the vicinity. Keep up the fantastic work you guys. You'll always be my number 1 sushi supplier in East Lothian. ?

We discovered Minato Sushi throughout lockdown. We were all trying to every few weeks treat ourselves to something different.Minato Sushi became a firm favourite.The food has every single time been on point. Fresh and really enjoyed by everyone.One time I thought I'd ordered for an upcoming weekend when in actual fact I had booked the weekend after.After emailing them they say they could fit me in that Saturday. Which was amazing customer service considering they were fully booked for deliveries.I never liked Sushi until I tried Minato. I wasn't keen on the raw aspect of things. However there are lots on offer for anyone who doesn't like raw, or fish.Give it a go. You won't be dissapointed.

Not ordered from here before but had heard it was good. We ordered the Chef’s choice. I can honestly say its some of the best sushi I have ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of sushi. Will absolutely order again. Thanks Minato.

Great work guys, my wife and I were supposed to be going to Kanpai (our favourite sushi restaurant in Edinburgh) tonight but our babysitter cancelled, kind of glad she did now. Incredible sushi takeaway, still currently eating and neither of us want to be the one to finish first as we’ll be the idiot without any Minato sushi left - we’ll be ordering again very soon!! ?❤️

Amazing sushi, fresh and tasty every time. Friendly service, highly recommend. I love the inari. Everything is well packaged. Now available in Dunbar Garden Centre, the Grab & Go shop in Haddington or pick up from Cockenzie House. You cannot go wrong with Minato.

Minato Sushi is the best sushi I have ever tasted - it's so fresh too. So lucky to have a local business selling such high quality food! I have collected from Cockenzie House, and also stopped by the Grab and Go shop in Haddington town centre a number of times. So many different options available which are on their website and also posted to the company's social media stories with updates for the Grab and Go's stock.I recommend Minato to anyone who will listen to me ? I wish I had more photos as the food is always so well presented, but we usually can't wait to start eating it ?
