We discovered Minato Sushi throughout lockdown. We were all trying to every few weeks treat ourselves to something different.Minato Sushi became a firm favourite.The food has every single time been on point. Fresh and really enjoyed by everyone.One time I thought I'd ordered for an upcoming weekend when in actual fact I had booked the weekend after.After emailing them they say they could fit me in that Saturday. Amazing sushi made with passion and using local produce! The seafood is always fresh and the sushi rolls are super tasty! Lots of options to choose from and they can deliver to your home! Five stars!

I have been lucky enough in life to be able to eat sushi made by an Itamae on my travels and I've waited for a long time to have sushi on par to these standards in Edinburgh and East Lothian. And each time these guys deliver on every front. Presentation and taste is second to none and I've never eaten sushi to this good in Edinburgh or the vicinity. Keep up the fantastic work you guys. You'll always be my number 1 sushi supplier in East Lothian. ?
