Ordered from here tonight because it was 20% off on Ayr Eats - saw the bad reviews beforehand but decided to give this place a try. We ordered the munchy box, Cantonese style duck and cheese, chicken and mushroom rolls. Food came five minutes before the ETA, took around 50 minutes which is about average for a takeaway. We live in Ayr and food came still hot. There was a good amount of food for the price, paid around £31 with the 20% off. Food tasted beautiful, best curry sauce I’ve tried as well. Loved everything! Came with free prawn crackers. Would definitely order from here again! Amazing food and service!

Disgusting meal last night from luck leo .last time i will order from there .cold Creasey ,tough meat and tasteless worst chinese meal i have had ,when i opened the sweet and sour sauce it was like a red tub of thick red Glue resembling jelly like .surprised they never offed free ice cream to go with it ?????

I am really disappointed in our food tonight. I called and asked a question regarding the duck dishes. I was told the duck was shredded. When I got it, it wasn't shredded it was sliced. Still had skin on it and full of fat and under cooked. It was disgusting. Thank you very much for ripping us off and lying to us. Charge extortionate prices and deliver disgusting food we can't eat. I do NOT recommend. Stay away for here!!!!

This was full of fried rice very little chicken. Normally I would expect the chicken to be fried in soy sauce but the little chicken there was was to me just boiled not nice. The curry sauce was not for me. I have had a couple of nice things from this place but have had a lot more things that are more tastier from other places in prestwick. Won't be back.

I have used this chinese many times over the years, the food is good and it's usually quick service but the attitude of the staff is awful. Last time I was in, I got no hello, no eye contact, spoken to in a rude manner and my change thrown at me, it seems to be everyone that gets this treatment as I heard the same awful attitude while they were answering the phone, no manners whatsoever! I will avoid until service improves!

After waiting for 2 hours for my food, to then be told he doesn't get paid Enough to deal with customer complaints and I was to eff off on the phone. I made my way down to the store to confront them. They had already taken payment. And to my surprise, the staff were just as welcoming in person as on the phone. I was again told to eff off and was then called a 'see you next Tuesday' by the delightful young man at the counter. Maybe he felt safe and tough behind his covid protective perspex, or maybe he is just an angry little man. Either way, he should not have a job in customer service with this personality. Out of order, inexcusable and offensive. Thank god my partner videoed the incident, I will be posting the video of the incident on social media because I wouldn't blame you for not believing me, but yes, this is actually how it transpired. Had I not watched the video myself I would've though it was exaggerated. I appreciate the owner rushing my food and apologising on behalf of the safety on the counter, however a free bottle of cola just isn't sufficient for the way I was spoken to. The only thing that actually made me calm down was the two other phonecalls I overheard while waiting on my food. The delivery driver also tried to defuse the situation by telling me they were busier than expected and under a bit of pressure, which I understand but still doesn't excuse the call handlers attitude or language. I won't be using this restaurant ever again.

My usual Chinese was closed for business so I ordered from Lucky Leo's instead but wish I hadn't bothered.I couldn't force myself to eat the beef ( in what would be my usual choice of Chinese dish) as it was slimy and rubbery in texture. Even as I ate through what I could face ( fried rice & chips mixed with sauce from the meal) my stomach started to develop cramp like pains.I also ordered chicken balls which are a staple in Chinese carry out food and even my partner said that they also tasted " strange".....I personally thought like they tasted as if they'd been over dosed on black pepper.An unfortunate experience which resulted in me wasting hard earned cash and filling the bin with the majority of the food I ordered and which also served as a reminder never to order from there again.
