We were staying in a hotel near the pub and popped in for a drink on Monday evening. Very friendly staff. We also booked for dinner the following night....
We were delighted with the food/service. We also decided to join the quiz night..... What a great time we had in the red lion. Would definitely return if we're ever in Prestwick.

Good quality elite burger to takeaway. I wouldn't enjoy a sit in meal as the music not to my personal taste for any length of time. Not a negative for the venue as I'm not their target customer. Excellent quick service . What I will definitely return for are the chocolate churros. As the meal a takeaway, churros were obviously cold when I was ready to eat them . Before deciding to reheat in micro tried one. Absolutely delicious . Turned out to be lovely crispy pastry cakes with cream and chocolate filling very moreish

Been going for a while, the best smash burgers in Ayr. Food is clear of what the scoop and kooshys. In store looks brilliant and the portions are always good size. One of the best take aways in Ayr if not the best. Drivers have always been polite and nice and on time. I always recommend this takeaway. Staff are always chill never had any issues. Place is kept tidy and great for kids with the roof

During my tenure in Prestwick, I visited Taj Deira Restaurant many times and the experience has always been wonderful. The food is amazing and consistently delicious, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming.

A special mention for Sara, whose service truly stands out. Her recommendations have always been excellent and she makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable.

The best place to eat for a homey food, please come to this place you wont be disappointed. I came here with my boyfriend yesterday for our first trip to the beach in Prestwick. The lady who handled us with short hair and glasses was so nice, she’s so heartwarming and very welcoming overall.

The price is really affordable in my opinion. We had a three courses meal for £11 which includes Starter, Main, and Dessert.

The food is really amazing! I came to Scotland last year September and I’d say this is definitely in my top 3 or even the best food I’ve ever had. My favorite one is the Steakpie from the main menu and my bf’s favorite is the soup and mac n cheese. The food is incredible so it’s all worth it.

The lady who serve us made our trip memorable. I had a really great time here and I promise the food is really lovely!!!

Honestly the best bakery ever. Will always visit when in Ayr. The coconut slices are my favourite they just melt in your mouth from how fluffy the sponge is!!! I can’t wait to buy more!! Also love a good chocolate truffle from there always cheers me up in the winter ?. I also always get cakes and cupcakes from here for my birthday!. Their hot foods are great too! Love the sausage rolls so buttery and flakey and the tattie scones and rolls and great ?

Was down for the weekend Friday/Monday and loved every minute of it the atmosphere was brilliant and karaoke was just as good,, Even had myself up to sing witch I never thought I’d do,, anyway it was a blast & am definitely going back down to Ayr again,, I stayed @ The Mercure Hotel it is really Central to everything and 2 minutes from the beach . Would recommend everyone to go down to visit and definitely head to Smuggler’s Arms for a great night

Service was a Little slow to start,.But we (2) were walk-in around lunchtime so I will make exception, but we Did have to ask for menus.
Atmosphere nice, comfortable and warm. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
