Ordered food via just eat last night. Half the order was missing and the curry sauce had leaked all over the bag due to containers being on there side and not flat, perhaps from a careless driver or something?? That’s not the issue the problem lies with your delivery driver, he came back with the missing items and the WHOLE order again, which we didn’t ask for btw, but a nice gesture, so thanks for that. However your delivery driver gave my partner a hell of a time, calling him a liar, and raising his voice and swearing in my close at almost midnight, an absolute stinking attitude and horrendous customer service skills and all from a grown man too.We always order from here but see after last night I think we will just save ourselves the hassle and just not bother in future, there are far more better Chinese takeaways around Ayr and prestwick that we can order from and will not receive such disgusting behaviour from someone that obviously has some kind of attitude issue! Food is one of the best in Ayr. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the fact they don't knock the door when being delivered. Had people sitting in the living room (right next to the door). Never phoned the number given with delivery to make sure we get the food that was pre paid for. The delivery driver just left it sitting for anyone walking by to pick up. This hasn't just happened one, that's the second time now.

Dried out chips chicken balls looked and tasted reheated just horrible .Curry sauce was tasteless not like you get from a Chinese all in all very disappointing won't be ordering from here again
