Not open 24 hrs.Tried to use fuel station at around 1am on Saturday morning and it was closed

Stopped off to grab an ice cream and bought a Cornetto. After paying for it sat in my friends car and after unwrapping it noticed that it was iced up so at some point the fridge had defrosted. So went back in to exchange it. The cashier, Stephen, refused. After showing him the iced up Cornetto said I had gone to the car and done it myself. And was told that I had to wait for the manager to come in tomorrow to exchange it, even after telling him I’d come all the way from South Yorkshire and was on my way back. So to book a hotel and spend a night in Glasgow to exchange a £1.65 Cornetto. What despicable customer service, the worst I have ever experienced. All I wanted was to swap it for another. He even touched it and admitted it had gone soft and soggy. To the owner of the business: I own a retail business myself and employing people who behave like this will ruin your company.

Best place for a Subway and our only place. Susan and Gwen provide the food, Pauline provides the diesel. These guys deserve a medal for the work they do. Multi-tasking to keep the place going. Anyway guys we appreciate you ? Hope ur bosses do too. Keep up the good work ??

Good prices. For the people saying about the 24 hour thing I think it’s only for paying at the pump using the app but I’ve not actually tried that yet
Well laid out. Pity neither pay at pump nor Shell+ are available. Clean and good setup for Covid.
