Food never arrived. Paid my order over the phone waited an hour before calling for update told order was just leaving waited over 2 and a half hours now no answer from shop and no sign of my order.

Ordered a munchy box on Uber eats , phoned when was late was told was just leaving shop didn’t arrive until 30/40 minutes later freezing cold, everything was stale , box was clearly opened by delivery driver as you could see where the celotape had been removed was missing half of the munchy box so think the driver was helping themself , tried phoning but no answer and has asked for a refund on Uber not heard back yet ! Was so disappointed in the delivery and I think the shop needs to do better and actually check the quality of food they are sending out as well as the staff they are hiring !!!

worst chippy i think i’ve ever had, ordered on ubereats at 11:54, came at 1:32. instantly the box is SATURATED in grease. open it up to find soggy, cold and stale food. the batter was so soaked in greece that it wasn’t crispy whatsoever. despite these several issues ubereats have not gave me a refund YET. will never be eating here again.

1st time getting anything from here , all freshly made , fish was very nice and you get 2 , chips were not bad just too many small ones , nice to get a wee sachet of tartar sauce and a slice of lemon which I have never had with fish suppers in other chippys, all for 8 quid will be back again.

Absolute disgrace wait over 2 hours to be told it would be a further 40 mins. I asked for a refund and o be told we were lucky to even get an order as we were so far away so cheeky and rude would avoid at all cost

Ordered twice via Deliveroo. First time took about an hour, but they forgot half our order and had to come back with the rest an hour later. Second time was marked as ‘on the way’ before it had even left (had to call to find that out), and even then it took about two hours total to arrive, and arrived cold. Won’t order again.
