Had a missing item from my order so my son never had anything, tried to contact shop with 2 different numbers 1 never worked other went to voicemail. Tried to sort today by going into the shop who have told me to take it up with just eat!

Went in & was ignored for a good 10 minutes before gave up and left. Had about 6 staff walking about doing nothing. One seeing to themself instead of customers. Others left shortly after. Go to big licks. Definitely worth the higher price point for the immediate service

Came here on Saturday afternoon, not a single table was clean, no staff in sight, left and went to big licks, was looking forward to this after the re opening, really disappointed will not be back
