Food is as good as it always was but unfortunately the service has slipped.Waited 25 minutes for a slice of cheesecake, decided to just forget it and leave. When paying the bill and mentioning the cheesecake we were repeatedly asked if we wanted the cheesecake to take home. Not exactly the point is it? We repeatedly refused and felt as if we were somehow doing something wrong with the looks we got. We were then promptly ignored as newly arrived customers were given the full attention of the 'hostess' whilst we stood waiting to pay.Unfortunately I won't be back.

Large party for a birthday, staff were very helpful and patient especially when the kids got a bit loud nearer the end of the night. Limited choice of Italian food on the set menu so a wee bit disappointed but we had a very enjoyable evening and glad we were all seated together. Thank you . Benkaz was very accommodating.Kid-friendliness: Staff were patient and accommodating with the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a ramp next to the few stairs.
