Harringtons is a must when we visit our family in Scotland. The food is absolutely delicious and you definitely don't leave hungry. Wise to wear stretchy pants ?. The owners and staff of Harringtons always make you feel welcome. You made 2 Canadians very happy and we look forward to our next visit. ?

Koh-I-Noor Takeaway

I had my gender reveal in the function room which was beautiful. The staff and management helped to ensure everything went to plan and were checking that everything was going well and was there anything else we required throughout the night. Everyone commented on the food stating that the buffet was delicious, especially the pizzas. Thank you to everyone at Koh I Noor for ensuring that myself and Jamie had a night to remember. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for any function, you will not be disappointed.

Cafe Royal Bar

This bar /restaurant has to be the best hidden jewel in an area accessible to so many, prices are middle of the road, staff lovely, food really good too, will go again ?

First time visit to this restaurant,,only ever heard good reports from friends.
It lived up to its great reputation, food was very good and lots of it,,very attentive and friendly staff and overall a really enjoyable visit.We will definitely be back.

great Chinese, i always get the same thing, beef curry fried rice no onions mega mega hot n its perfect i love it only Chinese that can make it rely rely rely spicy for me.

Madras grill Takeaway

Absolutely amazing!! We ordered the chicken tikka balti and the chicken tikka butter chicken and it was outstanding!! By far the best curry I’ve tried so far in Scotland and I’ve tried a fair few.

I have to admit I love this place. The staff Megan Yvonne and others are friendly professional and well organised. Everything I've had from here has been great. Prices altho risen recently are still competitive with other places. There's an option to sit in as well. Atmosphere is great

Billy's Cafe

Great wee cafe, friendliest staff I've come across in a long time. Young girls super efficient, polite, and service with a smile. Really cheap breakfast and quick service. It's a bit cold in the cafe but we did turn up at just after 9am opening time.... definitely be back.

Have attended this cafe everyday since it opened and never once have been disappointed. Diane Lynn Kate Mary Bethany Hannah and Lucy are all absolutely brilliant. The food is delicious and the staff create a fun filled atmosphere. Can't fault it in any way shape or form

Tried for the first time after passing the place, didnt even know the place existed but wow this place is definitely worth the trip loved tue curries and the pizzas are juts amazing highly recommend

Great food, good prices, them at the counter is lovely. Can pay by bank transfer if cash machines nearby aren't working, food cooked while you wait so always fresh

I don't know how this place gets demolished in the reviews here. I really enjoy the place! The food I order is always amazing and I don't even need to wait that long on a busy day. The people here are utter sweethearts and don't deserve such horrid reviews. Every place has ups and downs, but this one to me has only given me mountains of mouth-watering food and respect!

Stephens Chinese Take Away

Heard alot about this place from friends and I'm glad that I've now tried them.

Hats off to the chef here because this is the best curry sauce in the whole of the Central Belt and I've tried a lot of them!! It's hot and chilli but doesn't burn your mouth. Had salt and chilli chicken which is tasty by itself but then I drizzled some curry over and oooof, it just lifted it to another level. Had boiled rice with it which was soft n fluffy.
Overall, very happy!
P.s the girls in the shop were nice n friendly too

i ordered, A Box filled with mixed pakora, potato fritters, onion rings, donner meat, chips, salad, 2 sauces, nan bread & can of pepsi. 16" includes 2 pakora sauce, 2 kebab sauce & 2ltr bottle of juice. and i got a box of chips, chicken and donner meat and a can of juice.
