PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM GOOD FORTUNE. I called back to say that my noodles weren’t in my order. The lady on the phone said I didn’t order them, continuously gave me attitude and I said I believed I did order them but I’d pay for the noodles now. We were hung up on continuous times, even tho we told them I’d pay for them. then, when I called back asking for a manager, I was passed on to a male who told me “f*ck off you stupid f*cking cow” I used to love good fortune. however, now, I’ll never go back.

Ordered a meal for 2 last night. Main meals were salt& pepper crispy beef & duck with cashew nut.the whole meal from starters to main meals were awfull.i only ate a little bit of the meal .my husband and myself both were ill through the night with sore stomach. I wont be ordereding from this takeaway again ..

This is a very small restaraunt, but we love it. Service is usually very good, food is good, and so are the prices. for some rason it is very underrated and underused IMO. Definitely worth a visit.

We were going to go to Bamboo but it was not open. Ordered what we would normally get, hot & sour soup (sweet & sour sauce with something hot added), special chow mein (smelled like tinned spaghetti), crispy duck (huge amount of duck ... Very dry, only 6 pancakes) and prawn crackers (tasted like nothing). On top of the food being utterly disappointing, the woman who took my order and served me was so rude! She looked at me as if I was interrupting her, and when I ordered a glass of wine, she scowled at me, almost angry that I wouldn't leave her to the soaps on her ipad!!! We wanted a glass of wine while we waited for or order. She said there was no red wine, although some was clearly visible on a wine rack ... Her vibe was basically, please don't come in here and give us your business. Our food was ready as we drank our wine. She kept looking over at us clearly wondering why we were still there annoying her ... All in all, not good food, absolutely terrible customer service. We did NOT feel welcome and we will NOT return :( ...

We had a lovely New Years Day meal, food was hot and tasty. Only problem was that it was extremely cold, even though there was a radiator next to the table. Jessica was really attentive, considering they were busy with takeaways. We had a good laugh when Jessica mistook my Mum and I as sisters. My Mum was in her element haha. 😊
