Hardly any places are open on a Monday, this place was really busy.
The COCONUT CHILLI CHICKEN was served quickly and was very tasty.
The prices are reasonable.
We will be back.

17 High St, South QueensferryStopped by Orrico Pier lunchtime today and asked to use the bathroom to which a member of staff kindly said yes. I was so impressed by the standard of cleanliness, decor and the auto taps that actually work that I felt I would see if they could fit two of us in for small lunch. The food was amazing quality and very reasonably priced. Very comfortable setting with a view of the bridge and the staff were all very smart, attentive and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Top class and well done

Good menu, with a variety of meat, seafood, or veggie options.
I had a little issue with a couple of the dishes being under-seasoned, which is very unusual. The scallop and chorizo starter was in a white sauce which was virtually tasteless. The same sauce then reappeared on my daughter’s vegetable pasta dish with the same lack of flavour.
Overall, the food was fresh and well presented. Some of the dishes seemed a little expensive for what they were.
The seafood sharing platter for starters was lovely, with plenty enough on it for three to share.
We would go back.

Queens Spice Indian Restaurant
1 High St, South QueensferryNo issues with service or delivery but food was a disappointment. The garlic nan had no flavour and the Paneer Makani was horribly sweet. Tarka dal was nice and garlicky but likely won’t order again
*EDIT* . The management of Queens Spice kindly offered us a complementary meal to show us how their food should taste. We redeemed this offer this evening and retried the Paneer Makani - I have to admit it was a lot nicer this evening however still a bit sweet for me (this may be down to my own personal preference as husband enjoyed), I’ve just never experienced a sweet Makani.
We also had the chicken Rogan Josh which was lovely but I wish I had got lamb, the tarka daal which again, lovely, and the garlic naans we tried again. I do feel these could use more garlic and perhaps some butter but they were still pleasant.
We will be back after re trying.

Morning breakfast was great, I will say.
What isn't good is the discretionary service charge of 12.5%. Not only do we not live in America but it is unfair to put that on a bill automatically, knowing it will make some people uncomfortable to have to ask for it to be taken off.

The Railbridge Bistro
4 Newhalls Rd, South QueensferryExcellent service. The waiter was polite and helpful. Food was generous and filling. Lovely atmosphere sat near the fire on the comfy sofas with my dog at my side. Will come back again.
So this was our 3rd visit to this lovely restaurant and once again they couldn't have been more helpful. The waiting staff - Jen & Craig went out of their way to make me, my family and four legged companion welcome even going as far as adding candles to my dessert to celebrate my birthday. Thanks once again for the warm welcome and generous service.

OR, order from the table using the barcode, and it is all brought to you. Prices are the norm for todays prices and the food is very good indeed. Full breakfast with an extra hot cappuccino is excellent.
Staff are also cheery. Always an added bonus. Nothing worse than wait staff with their faces tripping them.
All round, great place for breakfast.

Door 55, Unit 2b The Loan, South QueensferryJust ordered pizza and curry, (chicken tikka masala with punjab rice) I love the taste and texture of tikka masala, but I love a little spice too. If it was standard then Id just leave a rating, but this deserved a comment. The tikka masala was amazing, the kick it had to it was perfect, and I usually eat medium curries with a nice kick, this was absolutely perfect. It’s like you read my mind. One of the best ones I've had in my life and some may think this is a comment by one of the staff to boost a rating. All I can say is that I assure you I'm a customer and by the way this food was, I'd highly recommend it. Thank you to whoever cooked it. My partner says the pizza was nice too but the curry.. mmmmmwah
